ProEmTech Infosystems Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," understands the importance of customer satisfaction. ProMed, a cloud ERP for Hospitals, Clinics, and Diagnostics Centers.
This Refunds or Cancellations policy applies to all our applications including ProMed, oNext, DoctAssist®, LiveDoc, LabNetX, PPSDaemon, FeedUZZ, BoardUZZ from the house of ProEmTech®
The Company offers a 100% refund within 30 days of the creation of the ProMed account if the customer is not satisfied with the software. This satisfaction guarantee underscores our commitment to ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with ProMed.
To be eligible for a refund, the customer must request the refund within 30 days of the account creation date. The refund is applicable only if the customer expresses dissatisfaction with the software and provides a valid reason for the refund request.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Company's customer support team at support@proemtech.com. The request must include the customer's name, account details, and a brief explanation of the dissatisfaction with the software.
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
If the request is made after 30 days from the account creation date.
If the customer has violated the terms and conditions of the ProMed license agreement.
If the software has been extensively customized or modified by the customer.
Customers wishing to cancel their ProMed license must notify the Company at least 30 days before the license renewal date. Failure to provide timely notice may result in automatic license renewal, and refund requests will not be accepted for renewal periods.
The ProMed license is non-transferable. Customers may not transfer, sublicense, or assign their license to any third party without the explicit written consent of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Refunds/Cancellations policy at its discretion. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to customers through the ProMed website or direct communication.
By using ProMed, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Refunds/Cancellations policy.
