ProMed License Pricing

Thank you for considering ProMed, the cloud ERP solution for Hospitals, Clinics, and Diagnostics Centers provided by ProEmTech Infosystems Private Limited. Our pricing structure is designed to offer flexibility based on your organization's needs.

This policy is applicable to ProMed, oNext, DoctAssist®, LiveDoc, LabNetX, PPSDaemon, FeedUZZ, BoardUZZ, Anges, UrgenZ from the house of ProEmTech®

I. Licensing Model

ProMed operates on a yearly renewable subscription license model. The license fee is determined based on factors such as the number of concurrent users and the features enabled.

II. Concurrent Users

The ProMed license fee is calculated on the number of concurrent users who will have access to the system simultaneously. Different pricing tiers are available to accommodate varying organizational sizes and user requirements.

III. Features Enabled

The license cost may vary based on the specific features and modules enabled within ProMed. This ensures that you only pay for the functionalities that align with your operational needs.

IV. Non-Transferrable License

The ProMed license is not transferrable. It is bound to the organization for which it was initially purchased and cannot be transferred to another entity without explicit written consent from ProEmTech Infosystems Private Limited. Incase if the organization ownership is changed, then contact ProEmTech Infosystems Private Limited for the procedure to handle license.

V. Refund Policy

ProEmTech Infosystems Private Limited stands behind the quality and functionality of ProMed. If, within 30 days of the creation of your account, you find the software does not meet your expectations or requirements, we offer a 100% refund of the license fee.

VI. Customization and Integration

ProEmTech Infosystems provides customization and integration services to tailor ProMed to your specific needs. Additional fees may apply for these services, and they will be quoted separately.

VII. Support and Maintenance

The license fee includes access to our support services and regular software updates and maintenance during the license term.

VIII. Payment Terms

Invoicing will be done annually, and payment is due prior to the renewal date to ensure uninterrupted access to ProMed.
